These terms apply to the Glasswren website at glasswren.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

The Site is provided “as is”

We work hard to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glasswren is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Our apps have their own terms

Our applications, including GentleSight, are distributed through app stores such as Google Play and the Apple App Store. Your download, purchase, and use of those apps are governed by the store’s terms and the app’s own end-user license, together with the relevant store’s purchase and refund policies. Any in-app purchases are transactions between you and the store — not with Glasswren directly. Please review the applicable store terms for details on payments, restoring purchases, and refunds.

Intellectual property

The Glasswren name, the Glasswren and GentleSight logos and brand marks, and the content and design of this Site are owned by Glasswren and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them without our permission, except as permitted by law (for example, brief quotation or fair use).

Acceptable use

Please use the Site lawfully and don’t attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to harm others.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. In short: this Site collects no personal information and uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and GentleSight is private by design.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Glasswren is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. [Governing-law jurisdiction to be confirmed before launch.]
